The Belgian Red Cross-Flanders (Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen, RKV) is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. Adherence to the seven Fundamental Principles – Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity, and Universality – is at the core of all our actions.
